I always knew cops had something better to do than hassle marijuana tokers and now it's being proven.
Referring to younger persons increasing due to legalization - bull. Now kids have a choice to wait or smoke. Before legalization there was NO waiting period, there was smoke or not to smoke.
Lastly... the third paragraph from the bottom... come on, the world is better than that. Just saying, unnecessary information!
